As State President of North Carolina NABIP, Michelle provides strategic leadership to advance the chapter’s mission and advocacy efforts. She oversees board operations, membership growth, and professional development initiatives while fostering collaboration with national leadership and industry stakeholders. Michelle is also instrumental in legislative engagement, ensuring members stay informed and actively involved in shaping healthcare and benefits policy across the state.
